Refund & Return Policy
At LAVENS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).
Return Conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Any incomplete, damaged, or soiled products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Contact us via our contact form or email us at contact@lavens.fr. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Validation: Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label to use for your return shipment.
- Return Fees: A 4 € fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping: Drop off your package at the nearest UPS drop-off location using the return label. Keep your proof of shipment for reference.
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund amount will include the full price of the product, minus the €4 return fee.
Exceptions :
- Initial shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Returns outside the 14-day withdrawal period or that do not meet the required conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
