1. How do I place an order?

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to modify or cancel it by contacting us quickly at mailto:contact@lavens.fr . Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy. Return costs are 4 €, which will be deducted from your refund.
